Splitboard Chablais: Single Day Splitboard Guiding & Hut Trip Weekends

Dates & Prices For January & February 2021

We are continuing to run single day, UIAGM guided splitboard & ski-tours and a two day, one night hut trip option throughout January & February.

Due to Covid restrictions the hut sessions are limited to 4 people per trip, not including your UIAGM splitboard guide and driver /crew support member. On single day guiding trips we can take up to 5 people at a time.

It is possibly one of the best winters in a long while where we can take advantage of good snow at lower altitudes to explore some of the secret Chablais spots we know & love.

Single Day UIAGM Splitboard Guiding

The price for a full day of guiding is 520€ per day in the local area for a group size of up to 5 people maximum. If you require splitboard equipment please add 40€ for each person that requires it. Expect to split around 1000m vertical over the day.

As ever we will travel to the best conditions in the area. Dependent on conditions the objective could be to climb a summit or make multiple ascents, poaching powder lines. It’s a day of pure backcountry, splitboarding adventure.

This price also includes return transport from Chatel to the zone we choose to ride in that day.

2 Day Hut Trip

This session includes 2 days of UIAGM splitboard guiding and an overnight stay in a local refuge. We will start the day at 9am and finish with a headtorch skin up to the hut where we will enjoy an evening with a roaring fire, huge fondue and a glass of wine.

The hut is un-manned due to covid but we will carry the food up for you. Situated in the Abondance backcountry this hut is the perfect base. From here we will guide you to ride the best terrain in the area.

From steep couloirs to high summits and open fields of powder, it has it all.

We include x 2 days of UIAGM guiding, transport to the zone, equipment if required, 1 night’s accomodation in the refuge and a local fondue dinner with wine.

Dates

We will run trips on all weekends (Saturday-Sunday) until further notice. If weekends don’t work for you then get in touch as we can also operate mid-week sessions.
